503A vs. 503B vs. RUO

Not every peptide vial is the same product. Here's how pharmacy-compounded medication compares with "research use only" (RUO) chemicals.

Your license

Giving patients a product labeled "not for human use" can put your license and malpractice coverage at risk.

Quality you can verify

Our 503A and 503B products are U.S.-compounded and third-party tested, with batch COAs and traceable lots.

Patient trust

Patients receive a pharmacy-labeled prescription with instructions, not a chemical vial.

Peptide update · as of October 2026

In July 2026, an FDA advisory committee recommended BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon and Semax for 503A compounding. FDA has not finalized them yet, so they are not available for compounding today.

FAQ

Common questions

Are you the pharmacy?

No. West Coast Premier Health is an independent sales and onboarding partner. All products are compounded and dispensed by our partner 503A pharmacy or 503B outsourcing facility, which invoice your clinic directly.

Who can enroll?

Licensed prescribers, clinics and telehealth practices. The pharmacy verifies licensure and credentials each prescriber before the first order.

How do prescriptions and orders work?

503A prescriptions are sent straight to the pharmacy and shipped to the patient or your clinic. 503B office-use orders ship to your clinic. Processing takes 48 hours, with 2-day or overnight shipping.

Which states do you ship to?

The 503A pharmacy is licensed for patient-specific dispensing in all 50 states.

Can patients order directly?

No. Compounded medications require a prescription from a licensed provider. Patients should talk with their provider.

Are compounded drugs FDA-approved?

No. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. 503A pharmacies are regulated by state boards of pharmacy under federal rules, and 503B outsourcing facilities are registered with and inspected by FDA.

Can I get BPC-157 or TB-500?

Not yet. An FDA advisory committee recommended them in July 2026, but FDA has not finalized them for compounding. Enroll and select "Peptide priority list" to hear as soon as they're available.
